2017 CAL POLY CHEER YOUTH CLINIC

All Youth Cheer Clinic participants are welcome to perform at the first half of the football game; not required but highly recommended!
REGISTRATION & LOCATION
Cost is $35 per participant if registered online (see below) by Tuesday, November 7th. All registrations received November 8th and after or on-site registration is $45 per participant. Cash (exact change is greatly appreciated) or check only (please make checks payable to CP Cheer).
2017 YOUTH CHEER CLINIC WAIVER - Both sides of registration/waiver form MUST be completed in FULL and SIGNATURE REQUIRED by guardian for participation; registration/waiver form and payment will be collected day of clinic.
Registration will begin at 9:30am on the grass in front of Mott Athletic Center.
ITEMS TO BRING (*REQUIRED)
Admission is provided for those paid participants for the Youth Cheer Clinic. Family and friends must purchase a ticket to the game.
Tickets to the game will be available at the box office at the stadium or visit http://gopoly.com/tickets/ticket_office_home (use promo code: BAND17 to receive a discount for general seating). We highly recommend purchasing tickets in section 107 & 108 (or section 106 if 107 is unavailable) as we will be cheering in that corner of the stadium.
Cost is approximately $10 for the event.
